Facebook safety check for Nigerians.

Facebook activated the safety checking for Nigerians after the bombings. This is to show that perhaps Facebook has been listening to criticisms especially after the Paris bombings and the French flag profile filter.
Facebook has also been under fire for not effecting the feature for other parts of the world.
