15 minutes' exercise extends life by three years
A newly published research show that 15 minutes daily exercise may extend your life by 15 years. According to research, the trend of longevity continues until a person raises exercise to a hundred minutes after which no more years is added. The Daily mail reports "Individuals who did a daily average of 15 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise had significant health benefits compared to individuals who were inactive," said research leader Chi-Pang Wen from the National Health Research Institutes (NHRI) in Taiwan.
