Femine is a Good Thing: J.J Rawlings.

According to the former Military president of Ghana Jerry John Rawlings. The famine in Somalia has been a good things so far because it gives the Somalian people an opportunity to seek peace. I think i agree to an extent  because Somalian's have not seen peace in the past decade with thousands of lives lost  in frequent clashes between the Government troops and the Al-Shabaab Militants.
He also said  “Many of you have made significant contributions to social responsibility causes in your countries.  The time has come to make your voice heard across your individual countries.  The situation in the Horn of Africa has the unfortunate potential of negatively affecting the rest of the continent socially, economically, culturally and politically.  We cannot afford to allow this to happen.”
I also agree with that.
