The Spirit of Enterprise

I always knew i was an entrepreneur, but i was never more convinced until i did a brief (three month) stint with shoppersark. It was then that i realised i would never be a good employee. Not because i was lazy or lack the necessary work ethic to serve in a company, but because i will never be satisfied with status quo and will be constantly thinking of new ideas and innovations that could be applied for the general success of the company as a whole. Only a few employers would consider a young dude's ideas to be excellent. They were nonetheless!
Another reason i would never be a good employee is because i'd love to dress the way i like, do whatever i want whenever i like. The truth is, i'm a fast pacer so i would not like someone else's leadership style to slow me down.
Hmmmm! How much i cherish my freedom now. I can work at my own pace. Determine how much i earn and reward myself and team whenever little successes are achieved.
Not everyone is born with the spirit of enterprise but so far the experience has been rewarding for me and i would say confidently that the Journey so far is worth it. I gaze into the Horizon and i see endless opportunities challenges notwithstanding. That's the eye of an entrepreneur, always willing to take calculated risks and enjoy the rewards whhen the come. An endless Journey you may like to say.
